The Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre Extension consists of 22 new speciality stores, 3 new mini-majors and a new full-line Kmart Major store along with a new car parking deck above with solar power car parking shading. 

 

Working alongside the Vicinity Development team Projective DM were engaged to undertake Design Management services from concept through to its proposed completion, including aiding in the onboarding of the consultant design team. 

 

Due to the current economic climate, this project is being delivered to a tight budget and programme. As part of our scope, we have been working hard with the design team to make sure that we deliver a project that meets the brief, exceeds expectations for both client and public and maintains budget. This has been made more difficult since January 2020 with the impacts of COVID-19 on the industry. However, a collaborative approach and innovative team mean that the project has managed to see minimal slippage to programme.
